This policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund or cancellation for software licenses, subscriptions, and support services purchased from us.
One-Time Software License Purchases:
Cancellations are allowed before license keys or software files have been delivered.
Once the software/license key is delivered, the sale is considered final and non-refundable unless it falls under the conditions below.
Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual):
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you will not be charged again, but no refunds are issued for the current cycle.
Eligible Refund Situations — You may be eligible for a refund if:
The software does not function as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 10 business days.
You were billed in error (e.g., duplicate payment).
You cancel a subscription within 24 hours of initial purchase (first-time users only).
Non-Refundable Items:
Renewal charges for active subscriptions.
License keys that have already been used or activated.
Custom development work or personalized installations.
Failure to use the software or cancellation due to change of mind after delivery.
Refund requests must be made within 7–14 days of purchase.
